Where we do our work
Located just off the Wind River Indian Reservation in Fremont County Wyoming; we began our work here in the west. We continue to work in the west as well as Alaska and by the grace of God we have been blessed to work in 21 states. We also in late 2021 added our 2nd person with Jimmy and Melissa Perkins, which are headquartered in Kentucky which now gives us someone operating full time in the east focusing on Kentucky area and surrounding states.
Our Beginning
In 2009, after 13 years of having the blessing and opportunity to start and pastor Faith Baptist Church in Vesta Virginia, we surrendered and stepped out into our current call of Itinerate Missionary Services. God had used my time there to grow in knowledge and heart for missionaries; especially in their care and support to aid in longevity of service. Scripturally, he used the life of Paul, specifically the account of his life in II Timothy chapter 4. Paul is in prison, has felt the loss of people who had forsaken their post, others that were separated by serving in at other post, while Paul himself is imprisoned. Twice he makes an urgent call for Timothy to some shortly unto him; he expresses his need for things, as well as people; especially Timothy himself. The Lord showed me that for some Paul’s out there, they need a Timothy. The Lord also showed me his desire for me to fill that role in the life of other people. For them to be all they could be, I would need to be all that God would have me to be. Thus, begun the work of Itinerate missionary services.
Our Doctrine
The plenary, verbal, Divine inspiration of Scripture, consisting only of the 39 Old Testament and 27 New Testament books and their consequent inerrancy and infallibility, and as the Word of God, the supreme and final authority in faith and life. We believe that the Word of God has been divinely preserved in the King James Version of the Bible for English speaking people.
The triune God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the Sovereign Creator, Sustainer and Ruler of the Universe.
The essential, absolute eternal Deity; and the real and proper, and sinless, humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ.
His birth of the Virgin Mary.
His substitutionary, expiatory death.
His resurrection from among the dead in the same body in which He was crucified, and the bodily return of this same Jesus to the earth in power and great glory to judge the earth and establish His Millennial Kingdom.
The “blessed hope” of the Christian in the personal, premillennial, and imminent coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to gather the Church “which is His body” unto Him.
That the Holy Spirit enters, seals. and baptizes one the moment he is born into the family of God through faith in Jesus Christ, and that He endues, guides, teaches, sanctifies, empowers, and keeps the believer eternally secure.
Salvation, the effect of regeneration by the Spirit and the Word, not by works but by grace through faith in the shed blood of Christ.
The abiding presence and ministry of the Holy Spirit in each regenerate life.
